I am a passionate customer focused IT business relationship manager striving for customer satisfaction through strategic service delivery alignment, continual service improvement and innovation.  I have achieved goals set throughout my career and personal development and have progressed well.  I have built on both my business and technical skill sets becoming a well-rounded strategically focused manager.  My Masters qualification in Management and Leadership in Higher Education helped improve my knowledge of University strategy and business functions allowing me to apply theory to my business relationship management and ITIL service management skills.
